Just so happen, I want Brownies!

I’m on blogging mode today… I’m alone here at the lounge because my colleagues have basketball game so they were gone about 30 minutes earlier than the usual…Sipping coffee and listening to Red Jumpsuit Apparatus’ song “Your Guardian Angel” is what I am currently doing, plus doing this post. (I just stopped for a while in doing my daily reports, hehe!)

The sky is darker than the usual… Oh my, I think it will rain again… (Wag naman sana...)

Anyways, Its August 6 today… it’s Vhec’s birthday. I haven’t greeted her yet, maybe later. Vhec was my colleague when I was still working at Desserts Plus Inc. (Brownies Unlimited) and she’s a good friend of mine. We call each other Pek. I remember our good old days at the office when I would tease them by giving them abbreviations, like:

H.P – Happy Pepe
L.P – Lonely Pepe
T.P – Tigang na Pepe
G.P – Gasgas na Pepe
V.P – Virgin Pepe

(Excuse me for being green... hehe!)

I miss them, especially Jaja and Salve. Salvacion a.k.a Salve, used to make me laugh. She has that certain punchlines that I dunno, just comes out of her funny mouth. And Jaja, on the other hand, is a snob and very annoying girl that later on became one of my close friends.

My favorite part of my stay at DPI are the discounted brownies…the rejects! It’s very very cheap. My day wouldn’t be complete if I haven’t eaten a single brownie. I used to call the commissary and ask them “Si Cori ‘to ng HR, may brownies?”... Haha!

Anyway… it’s been a year! A lot has change. We are all at different companies now, but we still text each other once in a while for updates. Jaja is happy with his cutie boyfriend, Vhec is happily married, and Me totally inlove… One of these days, we’re planning of a bonding “gala”... can’t wait to have chickahan with them… I have lots of kwento…
